Their stress will make them feel very restless and they will not want to be on their own when highly stressed. They may also suffer from panic attacks.
Ignatia
If your stress stems from a significant loss of a person or a relationship or from some other kind of major emotional upheaval, Ignatia may well be a remedy that can help. You may find yourself very sensitive to emotional upset and becoming very moody. Depression can often also be a part of the picture, with a desire to be on your own, shutting others out. Insomnia may also be a factor and there are likely to be headaches or throat symptoms such as a cough that won't go away.
