Homeopathic remedies for Cradle Cap

Cradle cap usually develops in children of around 1-3 months old and affects around 70% of kids. Its exact cause isn’t known, it’s harmless and it will normally clear up by itself but there are homeopathic remedies to help it along its way much more rapidly.

The top three homeopathic remedies for cradle cap are as follows:

Calcarea Carbonica is an extremely important remedy for children. Its use in cradle cap is for when the eruption is very white and gives the look of very heavy dandruff. If the child has been weaned, you may find that they have a love of eggs or also for indigestible food such as chalk.

Dulcamara is for when the skin has a brownish or reddish discolouration. It will be suitable especially if the child is also very often snotty.

Finally, the remedy Sulphur is top of the list when the cradle cap is yellowish. In a Sulphur child, there may well be other skin issues present such as eczema. They are likely to be hot-blooded babies who resist being wrapped up too warmly.
