Consider this remedy if your asthma worsens with exposure to cats, dust, smoke or pollen. Breathing tends to be worse 12-2 pm and if in cold air, and the chest feels tight and oppressed. To breathe, this person must sit upright or bend forward. The person will tend to be very chilly, restless, anxious and very needy for somebody to be there for them.

Blatta Orientalis

This remedy can be very helpful for people whose asthma is worse for the mould and mildew of Autumn.

Natrum Sulph

This is another excellent allergic asthma remedy, both for the moulds of autumn and the pollen of spring and summer. It is indicated for wet asthma with a rattly chest that worsens when the weather is similarly wet or damp, and it is also very often of help for asthma in people who live very stressful lives.
