Whist eczema is rarely life-threatening, but it is frequently life-changing. For some, it may be that sleep and therefore energy levels are affected as the heat of bed causes itching. For others, the eczema may be somewhere on their body which is very visible such as on their face or on their hands, which can cause a different kind of discomfort altogether.
The homeopathic approach to eczema will take into account the individual’s experience of this skin condition. For example, an infantile eczema that has appeared since the child was weaned will indicate a different set of remedies to the eczema in an adult that began to appear once they began a stressful new job.

Morgan
This brilliant remedy is often very helpful for infantile eczema, especially when the child has a history of colic or constipation. The skin may develop cracks, and the itch will be much worse for bathing and for heat.
Graphites
The eczema that will be helped by Graphites will very dry, but it will tend to weep and form a honey-like crust. People may find that due to the weepy nature of the skin, clothes will become stuck to the affected area. There
Rhus Tox
This remedy is the one to think of if your eczema begins as blisters, which then weep clear fluid. The skin will be very red, even flaky looking. The face may be affected, but the genital area is also often a problem area too.
